Market Insight
Today’s move brings the 7-day average to 410,660 MMBTU, staying within a tight range that began mid-last week. Green Plains Obion rebounded strongly, reversing prior softness. On the other hand, Horizon Jewell led declines and continues to show underperformance compared to peers.
There were no new revisions to prior MMBTU figures today.
EIA Production Estimate for Report 8/6
We maintain our estimate of 1.083M b/d, calibrated from recent MMBTU data and last week’s confirmed print of 1.096M b/d.
Our recent forecasting remains highly accurate, with last week’s estimate missing by just 1.64%.
